Refund policy
ShirtsOnFI was created to celebrate the Financial Independence community while supporting a bigger mission. Profits from our shirts help fund financial literacy efforts, so every purchase helps spread the knowledge and tools that can improve people’s financial futures.
Because each shirt is custom printed after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or deciding you would prefer a different design.
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered, and we’ll make it right if there is a production issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a problem, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or provide another appropriate solution if:
- The shirt has a manufacturing defect
- The print is incorrect or significantly different from the design ordered
- The item received is not the product, size, or color that you ordered
- The product was damaged during production or shipping
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the issue
Size Exchanges
Because each shirt is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer exchanges for size issues. Please check the size chart before ordering to make sure you choose the best fit.
Refunds
Refunds are generally only provided when an item cannot be replaced or when another solution is not available. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Lost Orders
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and work toward a solution.
